Market/Project Feasibility Studies
The purpose of the Project Feasibility Study is to translate growth trends and competitive market activity into specific absorption forecasts and product development recommendations.
Financial Feasibility/Pro Forma
MDS has an extensive proprietary financial analysis and pro forma computer modeling capability. Each engagement involves developing a unique comprehensive financial model designed specifically for that project.
The MDS pro forma is customized to each project’s unique requirements and issues. The pro forma is very detailed; each financial projection scenario results in a detailed financial analysis involving approximately 40 spreadsheets – including a comprehensive sensitivity analysis.
The objectives to develop practical and prudent revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives in order to compare current operations with relevant industry benchmarks and possible reduce operating expenses. Identify variances from both accepted financial ratios and benchmarks and budget vs. actual financial results.
